30 Day Labor Warranty

I-Town Plumbing gives a 30 day limited labor warranty on any repair or installation. This warranty takes effect from the date on the final bill. If a problem occurs that is related to the repair or installation that was completed by I-Town Plumbing, we will perform a new repair or re-installation once an inspection is made by our plumber to determine whether a defect or mistake was made during the original repair or installation. It is the home owner's responsibility to contact our office within the 30 day window. Damages due to misuse, improper handling, maintenance, faulty parts, manufacturer defects, an accident/damage to your residence are NOT covered under this warranty because these would fall under the home owner's responsibility.

This warranty ONLY covers labor, we are NOT responsible for any additional removal or supply/parts cost where replacement, repair, or re-installation is required, those fall under the home owner's responsibility.

If there is a problem that is related to the repair or installation that we completed, the new repair or re-installation MUST be scheduled & completed within 14 days of notification. If there is problems with scheduling or conflict concerning this new repair or re-installation, the warranty will be null and void.

This is our exclusive written warranty. I-Town Plumbing makes no other warranty, expressed or implied.
